Your role and responsibilities
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for all our SCI customers. You will be the lynchpin in the web, ensuring that all their queries and needs are addressed quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with various departments such as logistics, warehouse management and sales to ensure customer needs are prioritised and processes run smoothly.
• Preparing and presenting weekly/monthly KPIs to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with customer queries or issues and escalate to management when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and proactively communicate issues to customers.
• Commercial thinking when dealing with additional costs to achieve a win-win situation.
• Working in a team-oriented environment where cooperation, commitment and flexibility are crucial.
• Handling complaints and providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participating in training, internal and external meetings.
• Occasionally accompany Key Account Managers on customer visits in EU/UK/IRE.

Profile

You have the following qualities:
•    You preferably have a degree at Bachelor level, preferably with a specialisation in shipping, logistics, secretarial, or communication or equivalent through experience
•    You have strong empathic skills and can easily empathise with our customers' needs.
•    You are well organised and structured, and have an eye for detail.
•    As a team player, you enjoy working with others to achieve common goals.
•    You are analytical and can approach complex problems in a structured way.
•    You have a perfect command of English and also speak some French.
•    You are proactive and like to take the initiative to tackle problems before they arise.
•    You are customer-oriented and strive to provide excellent service to our customers.
•    You have experience with MS Office and are comfortable using different software tools.
•    You are communicatively strong and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
•    You are solution-oriented and can think creatively to meet challenges.
•    You are stress-resistant and can handle busy situations well.
•    A positive attitude and a can-do mentality make you the ideal candidate for this role.
