What do we expect from you?
• You coordinate transport capacity in a smart and cost-conscious way to ensure smooth and efficient planning.
• You actively contribute ideas for smarter planning and capacity optimization.
• You respond quickly to delays or ad-hoc issues and coordinate with subcontractors and Customer Service colleagues (Zeebrugge & Venlo).
• You are communicative and maintain smooth and professional contact with our subcontractors in the UK as well as with direct colleagues. Your communication style is constructive, clear, and goal-oriented.
Working hours
You will rotate within a shift system:
• 7:00 AM – 3:06 PM
• 8:00 AM – 4:06 PM
• 9:00 AM – 5:06 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:06 PM
From Monday to Thursday, we have an on-call service (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM) in rotation with other team members.
Work Regime
• During your training period, you will work Monday to Friday.
• After the training period, you will follow a regime where one week per month includes weekend shifts.

Profile
Who are you?
• Bachelor-level thinking or equivalent through experience
• Relevant experience in transport
• Knowledge of UK geography is a plus
• Fluent in spoken and written English, as this is the working language
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Able to stay calm under pressure, set priorities, and maintain oversight
• A true organizational talent with a hands-on mentality and a constructive attitude
